A Porter teenager, ordered to stand trial as an adult for stabbing a classmate on a school bus, is appealing the judge's decision to leave his case in adult court.

15-year-old Daniel Dillingham was charged with fatally stabbing 16-year-old Andy Robinson on December 8th on a Porter School bus.

Defense attorneys also filed documents showing Dillingham to be indigent. His next court appearance is in April.
