Tulsa street crews are gearing up for pothole patrol. With streets clear of ice and snow, city crews will turn their attention to patching potholes.
Those potholes are everywhere. City crews will fill holes with anywhere from one thousand to 1,500 tons of asphalt. And they will travel the same routes they used to clear the snow off the roads.
Dan Crossland, City of Tulsa "This being a situation where we've had it on the ground so long for the week and we're going to go into this back and forth in the end, freeze, thaw, freeze, thaw. We're definitely going to have some problems."
Those pothole patrols began their work Friday.
