A new energy Secretary for Oklahoma and he comes from Tulsa. 56-year-old Robert Sullivan Jr replaces succeeds Mike Smith as the state's chief energy officer.

Sullivan will serve the remaining ten-month's in Governor Keating's administration, without compensation.
