(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma railways and the oil and gas industry could be potential targets of terrorists.

A warning issued today by state Homeland Security Director Bob Ricks says U-S intelligence is picking up reports very similar to what was heard before the September eleventh terrorist attacks.

The F-B-I issued warnings to state and local law enforcement yesterday based on information gathered from al-Qaida detainees.

Ricks says there is no specific information about any particular target.

Oklahoma is fourth in the nation in oil production, sixth in natural gas and is home to four major oil refineries.

There are 22 rail companies operating on more than 37-hundred miles of track in the state.

Ricks says residents should continue being vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police.
