In Campaign 2002 news, word that Independent gubernatorial candidate Gary Richardson may have to change his controversial new ad, because of pressure from a record label.

Arista Records has advised the Richardson campaign to stop using that Alan Jackson song. A legal representative for the company tells us they received several phone calls complaining about the use of the song in the ad.

The company says Richardson's campaign never asked for permission to use the song.
