Tulsa Mayor Bill LaFortune is still looking for a new chief of police. Chief Ron Palmer announced his retirement earlier this year.

LaFortune plans to interview three candidates this week, and says he could possibly go outside the department. A search committee has already interviewed three internal candidates.

No word on when LaFortune will decide on a new chief.
