Kathy Henley was working late at Puckett's Wrecker Service in Edmond when she saw something move on the surveillance camera. â€œWhen I first seen it I said Colonel look, it looks like somebody running across the lot. And when I pulled back and looked at it I said look itâ€™s floating.â€
