There is apparently an Oklahoma connection to a weekend murder of a prominent Alabama couple.

A car taken from the couple's Montgomery, Alabama home was found Monday, just outside of Tulsa at a business lot in Osage County.

The bodies of 62-year-old Winston Springford and his wife, 60-year-old Charlotte were found in their Alabama home Friday morning. Winston was president of an Alabama Pepsi Cola bottling plant.

Police say the couple's 28-year-old son is considered a "person of interest". He's being held for questioning in Colorado.

Investigators aren't saying how the couple died, or if a motive has been established.
