Cowgirl Signs Pro Softball Contract

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ Former Oklahoma State Cowgirl Shanel Scott of Enid has signed contract to play pro softball. <br/><br/>Scott signed with the New England Riptide in the National Pro Fastpitch league.

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ Former Oklahoma State Cowgirl Shanel Scott of Enid has signed contract to play pro softball.

Scott signed with the New England Riptide in the National Pro Fastpitch league.

Scott was named first team All-Big 12 and first team All-Midwest Region after stealing a conference record 51 bases as a senior.

The Riptide are based in Andover, Massachusetts.
