The state Medical Examiner's Office has positively identified the body of a woman found in Osage County.

The Osage County Sheriff's Office says 46-year-old Melody Ellsworth was found near the Arkansas River Bridge and Indian Hills Road Tuesday. Investigators say she is from Ponca City. Her body may have been there for more than a week.

The medical examiner has not yet determined how she died.
