An accused robber is behind bars after allegedly stealing a woman's purse and punching a Wal-Mart employee.

Tulsa Police say Mack Long [pictured] ripped the purse off a store shopper at the Wal-Mart on East 81st Street. After a short struggle, he took off towards the door.

On his way out, Long allegedly punched a 60-year old female Wal-Mart worker. The store's manager managed to tackle Long in the store's parking lot and recover the purse.

Long was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of robbery.
