TAHLEQUAH, Okla. (AP) -- Two days of searching Lake Tenkiller near Tahlequah has failed to turn up any evidence of a missing man who disappeared nearly two years ago.

Investigators are looking for the remains of Stephen Adams of Webbers Falls who disappeared in December 2004.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown says searchers will return to the lake today to continue looking for Adams. If there is no discovery today Brown says the group will then decide what to do next.

Investigators have said they decided to search the lake after getting a tip.

Adams was last seen December 13th, 2004, after taking a test at Northeastern State University. He later spoke to his girlfriend by phone and said he was taking a man to Keys but hasn't been heard from since.
