A progress report on Tulsa's new downtown arena.

The city's new $141-million facility is moving closer to becoming a reality. Gilcrease Museum will host an open house Tuesday to show how far the project has progressed.

Architect Cesar Pelli will be on-hand to answer questions about the 18,000 seat arena. He and other planners say they've locked down designs for the bathrooms, locker rooms, suites, elevators, concession stands and ticket booths.

Officials hope to break ground later this month. Construction is expected to take about two-and-a-half years.
