CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) _ A former Department of Human Services worker is accused of sexually assaulting of a 16-year-old who was in DHS custody.

Glenda Randall of Oklahoma City is charged in Grady County with sexual assault of a girl at the Sequoyah House in Chickasha. The Sequoyah House is a home for girls in Chickasha and has residents in DHS custody and from the Office of Juvenile affairs.

Randall was arrested in Oklahoma City and is being held in the Oklahoma County jail awaiting transfer to Grady County.
