Former congressman Wes Watkins has his criminal record expunged

A former Oklahoma congressman no longer has a criminal record. <br/><br/>A Payne County judge says Wes Watkins had fulfilled the terms of his three months of probation and ordered that his record be expunged.

A former Oklahoma congressman no longer has a criminal record.

A Payne County judge says Wes Watkins had fulfilled the terms of his three months of probation and ordered that his record be expunged.

Watkins pleaded no contest in December to two counts of negligent homicide in the April accident that killed two Oklahoma State University students.

Two of their daughters were also injured in the accident.
