Everything's back to normal at Woodland Hills Mall after a small electrical fire Tuesday morning.

A short in the electrical box outside the mall caught some insulation on fire. The problem knocked out power to the entire mall.

PSO had to de-energize the box, and then fire crews got inside the building to make sure the fire was out. No flames were ever a threat to the mall.
