CACHE, Okla. (AP) _ Authorities have released the identities of two Lawton girls who died after being locked in a car outside a rural Comanche County home.
Officials say 6-year-old Kianna Diggs and 5-year-old Kairina Kraft were found locked inside the vehicle Friday afternoon, when temperatures reached into the 90s.
A woman discovered the girls, broke a window and performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation until paramedics arrived, but both were dead when they reached the hospital.
The state medical examiner in Oklahoma City will determine the official cause of the deaths.
At least one other Oklahoma child has died this year after being left in a hot car -- 21-month-old Banyan Blaze Roberts of Payne County.
