Wagoner County Couple Arrested In Grandson's Death

<p>The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office said they have arrested a couple for first-degree homicide involving a child and sexual abuse charges.</p>

A Wagoner County couple was charged in the death of their 14-month-old grandson.

Editor's Note: As of April 2021, charges have been dropped against Bill Woolley and Lisa Woolley.

District Attorney Jack Thorp told News On 6 that "it was dismissed due to additional evidence being produced (expert opinion of Dr. Block) that rebutted the state’s case to the degree that we believe it should be dismissed in the interests of justice.”
