American Airlines Will Let You Take a Helicopter to Skip Lines... And By 'You', They Mean Rich Folks

American Airlines has announced that they have partnered with helicopter service Fly Blade and will allow passengers to be taken over crowded streets and past those long lines at LAX and JFK airports.

Passengers taking off from LAX or JFK can charter the private helicopter. Then after they land, a personal escort will take them through priority check-in and expedited TSA screening, and then off to their gate.

The service is available to all American Airlines passengers, regardless of cabin, and will cost around $2,000. The service could easily cost more than the flight itself.
