Authorities Make Arrest In Connection To Tulsa Central Library Fire

The Tulsa Fire Department said an arrest has been made in connection to a fire that took place February 19 at the downtown Central Library.

According to TFD, Sara Bess was arrested for first-degree arson. TFD said Bess was located by the Tulsa Police Impact Squad near West 9th Street and South Denver Avenue.
