OSBI Investigates Suspicious Death In Catoosa

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating a suspicious death in Catoosa.

The OSBI said just after 7 p.m. Monday Catoosa police officers conducted a welfare check in the 1800 block of East Archer. Officers said the homeowner had not been seen or heard from in several days.

The responding police officers said they noticed a foul smell coming from the garage, where they later found a dead body lying on the floor.

The Oklahoma Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy to identify the victim and their cause of death.
