Oklahoma State Representative Kevin McDugle (District 12) tweeted about protests happening in Tulsa on Saturday suggesting that those taking part may be paid actors.

In the tweet, Rep. McDugle referenced a Craigslist ad calling for "excited and enthusiastic minority actors and actresses needed to hold signs" for a event in Tulsa on June 20, the day of President Trump's campaign rally.

"When you see large crowds in protest, the perception is the people are upset ——but the reality is people don’t generally behave that way unless they are paid to show up and do so," tweeted McDugle.

The listing has since been taken down by Craigslist. McDugle also referenced an ActBlue.com fundraiser, that seeks to support Black Lives Matter.
