Overnight SW OKC Pursuit Ends With 1 In Custody

Police said one man is in custody after an overnight pursuit Thursday in southwest Oklahoma City.

Officers said the pursuit started as a traffic stop near Southwest 29th Street and South May Avenue.

Speeds reached up 60 mph.

The driver of the car was taken into custody near SW 29th and High Avenue.

Police said there was a passenger inside the vehicle but they were not arrested.
