OSBI said that Bradley Bales, 33, was arrested and booked into Rogers County Jail on Wednesday. Bales will face one charge of first-degree murder for the death of 55-year-old Bart Kutt.
Documents from the OSBI said that Bales and Kutt were in an argument that led to a physical altercation on the night of Kutt's death.
OSBI said that dental records helped identify the deceased as Kutt, who owned the property where he was found.
