Former Owasso City Manager Rodney Ray Dies

The City of Owasso announced Thursday that Rodney Ray, a former Owasso City Manager, has passed away.

On Facebook, the City said in-part, “for many, many years Rodney was exactly what Owasso needed to bring together significant Owasso leaders and outside investors who have helped make Owasso the full-service community that it is today.”
