Rogers Co. Man Charged With First-Degree Murder In Suspicious Death Case

A Rogers County man was charged with first-degree murder after investigators found a body in a Catoosa garage.

Bradley Bales is now charged in connection with the death of Bart Kutt. Catoosa Police said officers performed a welfare check at Kutt’s home and noticed a foul smell from the garage. Police found Kutt dead on the floor.

Bales is in the Rogers County Jail.
