Tulsa Police said they are investigating reports of thieves stealing targeted campaign signs and leaving behind graffiti in driveways.

Tulsa Police said they are investigating reports of thieves stealing campaign signs and leaving behind graffiti in driveways.

Early Saturday morning, someone found Joe Biden campaign signs on three different streets in the Lewiston Gardens neighborhood. They took the signs and left one of their own, in the form of spray paint on the driveways.
