Silver Alert Canceled For Missing Del City Woman

UPDATE (3:11 p.m.): The Del City Police Department said early Sunday that their Silver Alert issued for 67-year-old Karen Chalender has been canceled.

Authorities said Chalender has been located safely.

A Silver Alert was issued for a missing Del City woman on Saturday night.

The Del City Police Department said 67-year-old Karen Chalender was last seen in the area of Sunnylane and Southeast 37th Street around midnight Saturday.

Chalender departed her residence in a gray 2014 Honda Accord. The Oklahoma license plate on the vehicle is FWL482.

Authorities do not know which director Chalender was traveling.
