The Gathering Place is partnering with Tulsa Police Department and Tulsa Community Foundation to host a Back to School Supply Drive for Tulsa County elementary students.

Parents and kids will be able to drive-thru the Williams Lodge loop on Wednesday, August 19 to safely and easily drop off school supply donations.

"Back to school in Tulsa looks a little different this year, but that doesn't change the fact that students are still in need of the necessary school supplies," says Tony Moore, Executive Director of Gathering Place. "Education is at the heart of the Park's mission, and we are thrilled to partner with Tulsa Police Department and our friends at Supplied for Success to provide educational opportunities for Tulsa County children."

The event is Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. but officials say is you can't attend and would still like to support the program you can find more ways to help at the Tulsa Community Foundation's website.
