Veteran Salute: Sgt. Angel Rivera

It's fair to say we have a lot of amazing people with equally amazing stories and we want to share them.

We're recognizing the men and women who have served our country.

On Aug. 20, we're saluting Marine Corps veteran Sgt. Angel Rivera.

Angel served as a squad leader in charge of technical services and as a combat veteran in Iraq in 2008 and 2009.

He won multiple awards and medals including the Navy Unit Commendation Medal.

Now, he works in IT services.
