The man accused of shooting two Tulsa police officers and his accused getaway driver are expected in court Tuesday.

The man accused of shooting two Tulsa police officers and his accused getaway driver are expected in court Tuesday.

Court records show David Ware and Matthew Hall's arraignment is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. During the arraignment, a Tulsa County District Judge is also expected to decide whether to release body cam video from the shooting after putting it under seal.

Ware is accused of killing Tulsa Police Sergeant Craig Johnson and injuring officer Aurash Zarkeshan in June.

Hall is charged as an accessory to the murder after prosecutors said he picked Ware up from the scene.
