President Trump Tweets He Will Be Discharged From Walter Reed Monday

President Donald Trump announced he will be discharged Monday from Walter Reed Medical Center, according to a tweet.

"I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!" the president tweeted Monday afternoon.

Trump tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday and announced the diagnosis early Friday.

The president was taken to Walter Reed Medical Center in Maryland Friday evening.

The severity of Trump's symptoms is unclear but the president has received three different treatment options since his diagnosis.
