Data put together by the City of Broken Arrow shows its COVID-19 new infections rate is now higher than Tulsa’s.

City leaders want to make it clear that they’re not considering a mask mandate right now, this was a discussion requested by one of the city councilors.

Broken Arrow city staff said Tulsa’s mask ordinance went into effect on July 16. Since July 25, Broken Arrow’s infection rate has continued to exceed Tulsa’s.
