A federal judge ruled a man accused of killing his five-year-old daughter and setting the body on fire will stand trial.
Prosecutors said Adam Mason killed his daughter in August in Gypsy, a small community in Creek County.

Tuesday, a judge dismissed Mason’s attorney’s motion for a competency hearing. Now that the judge ruled Mason is competent to stand trial, the case will move forward.
A new court date has not been set.
