Records show the suspect, who Tulsa Police shot and killed Thursday after they said he tried to run over officers, has a history of breaking the law.
Police said 36-year-old Jacob Rucker was shot and killed Thursday after he rammed into a police SUV and then tried to run the officers over in a hotel parking lot.
