Two Men Arrested After Driving While Intoxicated, Shooting A Gun, Police Say

Two men have been taken into custody after officers say they were intoxicated while doing donuts in a park and shooting a gun into the air.

According to police, they received reports of gunfire near East Admiral Place and North Mingo Road around midnight on Sunday. When officers arrived, they found a driver in a Hummer doing donuts while shooting a gun.

Police were able to stop the car and said both the driver and passenger were drunk. Police said the driver did not have a license.

Officers took both men into custody and have yet to release the names of the suspects.
