Investigators: Tulsa Man Facing Charges For Trying To Bite Wisconsin Deputies

Investigators said a Tulsa man is facing felony charges in Wisconsin.

Investigators said he tried biting and stabbing the deputies with an ink pen. It all went down during a courtroom hearing.

Investigators said 30-year-old Billy Henderson was in restraints when he tried the attack during an extradition hearing in October.

Three officers took him to a holding area where they said he tried to bite another deputy and even kicked one of them before he was tased.

Henderson is set to be arraigned next month for attempted battery, resisting and disorderly conduct.
