How The COVID-19 Vaccine Works

INTEGRIS Health is working to address Oklahomans question and concerns regarding the COVID-19 vaccine.

David Chansolme, M.D., the medical director of infection prevention at INTEGRIS, has created a video to easily explain what happens once the vaccine is fully administered.

Guthrie COVID-19 Vaccines

The Logan County Health Department will hold a vaccination event this Thursday.

Anyone age 65 or older and frontline workers can receive the vaccine from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Logan County Fair Grounds.

Oklahoma Caring Vans

The Oklahoma City Caring van will be stations in southwest OKC, to give out free flu shots from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday.

The van will be at the Paper Box between Southwest 29th Street and South Shartel Avenue.

Any child six months old to 18-years-old can get one.

OCCHD Vaccine Sign Up

The Oklahoma City County Health Department says it will begin taking appointments for Thursday's COVID-19 vaccination clinic for people ages 65 and older.

The sign up begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Yukon Diaper Dash

The city of Yukon is inviting parents with babies 10 to 18-months old to join the 2021 Diaper Dash.

The diaper dash will be at 10 a.m. January 16th at the Jackie Cooper Gym.
