MUSKOGEE COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers are investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian in Muskogee County.

According to OHP reports, the incident happened Saturday night just after 7:30 about two miles North of Warner. Troopers say 18-year-old Tyler Patterson was pronounced dead at the scene by Muskogee EMS. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
