Multiple Agencies Help Fire Marshal Arrest Arson Suspect

A fire marshal received assistance from Tulsa police and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to find a suspect on Saturday night.

The incident happened near the intersection of East Pine Street and North Sheridan Road.

Authorities said a separate suspect, identified as 28-year-old Dustin Austin, fought a fire marshal, stole his truck and broke into a house to hide.

State troopers, K-9 units and a police helicopter helped find Austin.

Investigators said the fire marshal was also able to find and arrest the arson suspect.
