KC Chiefs Select OU’s Creed Humphrey In Second Round Of NFL Draft

University of Oklahoma lineman Creed Humphrey is headed to Kansas City.

The Shawnee, Oklahoma native was selected by the Chiefs as the 63rd overall pick in the second round of the NFL Draft.

Humphrey was named the Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the year and a first-team All-Big 12 pick by both the Associated Press and the coaches poll.  

Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid said they had their eye on Humphrey thanks to Orlando Brown Jr.: “there’s a good one in Oklahoma.”
