Rucker: I’m a Oklahoma State, I’m a Oklahoma State, I’m a Oklahoma State, I’m a Oklahoma State player.

Several minutes into the confrontation Rucker can be heard getting tased out of the view of the camera.

Rucker: What am I being detained for?

After he's heard crying. Rucker claimed he's a victim of racial profiling.
