The University of Oklahoma football team is now without one of its players.

Running Back Mikey Henderson has been officially kicked off the team. This comes after a felony arrest warrant was issued for Henderson following an April 2021 robbery. The former running back is charged with robbery, conspiracy, and assault. Investigators say Henderson's charges are directly connected to that April robbery.

The robbery led to the dismissal of two other OU players: Trejan Bridges and Seth McGowan. All three players have been charged.

ESPN reports that the robbery victim told police the three OU players robbed him at his apartment after contacting him about buying marijuana. The victim also told police, per ESPN, that Trejan Bridges pointed a gun at him, kicked him several times, and threatened to kill him. But as of Wednesday morning, it is unclear what Mikey Henderson's involvement included.
