TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police arrested a man accused in Thursday night’s fatal shooting.

Police said Juan Ochoa shot another man in the face and chest at the Silver Creek Apartments near 41st and Highway 169. The victim died at the hospital.

Ochoa surrendered to police Friday, officials said.
