Big 12 Will Crack Down On "Horns Down"

The Big 12 says referees will crack down on the use of the "Horns Down" gesture this football season.

In the past, referees have made judgement calls on the gesture, penalizing some for unsportsmanlike conduct.

No official rule against the symbol has been made.
