The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office arrests a man accused of sending graphic and disturbing messages online to someone he thought was a 14-year-old girl.

The sheriff's office says based on what he said in those messages, they believe he may have sexually abused babies and toddlers.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says Brandon Boggs was bragging online about sexually assaulting children. They believe Brandon Boggs has multiple victims out there and want parents to talk to their kids if they had any contact with Boggs.

Brandon Boggs walked into the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office today after his arrest, accused of sending lewd messages online to someone he thought was a child.

"So he starts messaging who he thinks is a young girl, it starts out with 'Hey sexy how are you,' and it escalates to him sending the profile he thinks belongs to a child, child pornography," said Casey Roebuck with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office.

Casey Roebuck with the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says Boggs was actually communicating with an undercover deputy.

She says Boggs sent naked pictures of himself and tried to arrange a meeting for sex.

She says the messages were graphic and disgusting and he even said he's had sex with very young children.

"The age range alone that he was talking about that he is into is nothing short of shocking to our detectives, they do these types of investigations day after day but this one is particularly heinous and disturbing," she said.

Roebuck says detectives have been working on this case for several weeks and it was moved to the top of their list based on the messages he was sending.

"This is the worst report that I have ever read coming out of this unit, based on how specific these allegations are, based on the age, I mean babies and toddlers."

Boggs is now facing charges of lewd or indecent proposals to a child, exhibiting obscene materials to a minor and possession of child pornography.

"Somebody who is into this kind of thing is definitely a threat to children if they are not behind bars," she said.

If you believe your child may be a victim of Boggs, call the detectives at 918-596-5621.
