Astronaut Wally Funk To Speak At Annual Women In Aviation Event

Astronaut Wally Funk will speak at the Annual Women In Aviation and Aerospace Day event in Oklahoma City.

The event, which will take place on Friday, will feature Funk as the keynote speaker.

The event is being put on by the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, Oklahoma Chapter of the Ninety-Nine and the AAR Corporation. It offers a chance for people to learn more about advocating for young girls and women to pursue careers in aviation.
