US Marshals Searching For Passenger Connected To Officer-Involved Shooting

The U.S. Marshals need help finding a man wanted in connection to a shooting that ended with one person dead and a Broken Arrow officer in the hospital.

The U.S. Marshals need help finding a man wanted in connection to a shooting that ended with one person dead and a Broken Arrow officer in the hospital.

On Saturday morning, police stopped a car for a traffic violation. Jason Maple was in the passenger seat.

Police say the driver shot Officer Caleb Sherman in the leg and Sherman returned fire.

They later found the driver dead, but did not find Maple.

The Marshals say Maple is also wanted for possession of a stolen vehicle and assault with a dangerous weapon.

They say he is a member of the Irish mob and has a dangerous history.
