OHP Investigates Deadly Auto-Pedestrian Crash On I-40

A man was found dead Wednesday morning in a median on Interstate 40 near Anderson Road, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

The man was found by troopers shortly after 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Troopers think the man died after he was hit by a vehicle. The man has not been identified.

Troopers collected possible car debris from the scene and will inspect for any possible serial/part numbers.

The collision possibly happened overnight or during the early morning hours, troopers said.
