Julius Jones' Attorneys File Emergency Injunction In Federal Court

The attorneys for death row inmate Julius Jones have filed an emergency injunction with a federal court ahead of Jones' scheduled execution Thursday afternoon.

This is a renewal of their previous motion for a group of Religious Objector Plaintiffs on the basis of the lethal injection being inhumane.

The new injunction was filed based on new evidence from the execution of John Marion Grant who was executed earlier this month.
